Question: Do I pay for a chat taken by the SiteLive Service Center if that chat doesn't turn into a sales lead?
Answer: You are only charged for chats that turn into sales leads and which are subsequently sent to the dealership.

Question: How many chat sales leads will I get each month?
Answer: As a general guide, the small size dealership will get 4-10 chat leads per month. The medium size dealership will get 10-25 chat leads per month. The large size dealership will get 25-60 chat leads, and the largest dealership will get 60-125 chat leads per month.

Question: How does my dealership get billed?
Answer: Each month SiteLive will mail your dealership an invoice which covers all charges for the given monthly period.

Question: Are additional pricing plans for large volumes available?
Answer: Yes. Pricing plans for large volume dealerships or dealership groups are available. Monthly flat-rate billing is also available. Please ask your SiteLive Sales Rep for further details.
